From the video you sent, I see that the date on your project is 1899-12-10, but we provide data for EURUSD and USDJPY from 2003. Please recreate the project and make sure you set the starting date from 2003 or later.
If your project still starts with inappropriate dates, please try to open Forex Tester Online in another browser and create the project from scratch.

I believe it may have been due to a pop up blocker. When I allowed pop ups, things started working better with creating new projects.
