This usually means that there is not enough available balance to open the position with the selected lot size.
For example, a 0.1 lot position currently requires approximately 16,991 in margin, so your account balance may be too low for this trade.
You have several options:
Reduce the lot size.
Adjust the contract size in Symbol Properties.
Increase the leverage in Symbol Properties to reduce the required margin.
After making these changes, the button should become active and you should be able to place the order.

Esto normalmente significa que no tienes suficiente saldo disponible para abrir la posición con el tamaño de lote seleccionado.
Por ejemplo, una posición de 0.1 lotes requiere aproximadamente 16,991 de margen, por lo que es posible que tu saldo actual no sea suficiente.

Sí, el panel de operaciones que has mostrado indica que el margen o riesgo requerido para la orden es de 108,32 $ (10,83 %), pero si el saldo de tu cuenta o el margen libre es inferior a esa cantidad, la plataforma bloqueará la orden.
Si tu cuenta no dispone de fondos libres suficientes para cubrirlo, el sistema no te permitirá realizar la operación.
Puedes hacer clic con el botón derecho del ratón en «Saldo» y seleccionar «Depósito/Retirada» para añadir más fondos.

Yes ,the trading panel you showed indicates that the required margin/risk for the order is $108.32 (10.83%), but if your account balance or free margin is lower than that, the platform will block the order.
If your account doesn’t have enough free funds to cover this, the system won’t let you place the trade.
You can right-click Balance and select deposit/withdrawal to add more funds
