News calendar are missing important events

The news calendar is missing important events. I don’t know if this has something to do with UTC and day light saving setting.

Example how to re-produce:

My settings

UTC+1

Day light saving set to EU

1. Start project at 2018-04-01

2. Step forward to 2018-04-06

With my setting there should be a Non-farm payroll event at 14:30.

3. Step past to 14:30 will not show the NFP event

4. At this point, re launch the project, and now the NFP event will show up (together with a lot of other missing events as well.
