New order anomoly

When i click somewhere after a trade target/stop is hit the open new order pops up. when ever i click on a open space on the chart. it also happens when a trade is open and i am not even clicking the order lines. Not sure if it is a feature but it is super anoying as it opens over the chart and i have to close the thing everytime.
