MY CHARTS GOES BLANK

MY CHART NAS100 / XAUUSD WENT BLANK, EVEN IF I WANT TO PLACE A TRADE IT DIDNT SHOW AND DIDNT EXECUTE.

IT SEEMS THAT IT HAS A “BACKGROUND” LIKE A DOUBLE CHART.
THE PRICES LABELS (ON THE RIGHT BAR) DIDNT SHOW TOO.

IT DIFFICULT TO DO A BACKTESTING THIS WAY, THIS IS ESSENCIAL FOR A TRADER

    ‍Could you please provide us with a video or screenshot of the issue?

    ‍‍Please note that we've recently released a new update, so I suggest you clear the cache and data on the Forex Tester Online main page.

    Here’s how to do it in Chrome:

    ‍‍‍‍Open the FTO website in Chrome.

    ‍‍Click the lock icon in the address bar (to the left of the URL).

    ‍‍Select Site settings from the dropdown menu.

    ‍‍Scroll down and click Clear data.

    ‍‍Reload the page.

    ‍‍‍‍This may help resolve the issue.
