Multi-Select Drawing Objects (e.g. Command + Drag)

Feature Request

Please allow selecting multiple drawing objects at once, like with Command + drag in TradingView.

    Hi @User ! Thank you for the suggestion. Please try using Ctrl + click on the tool to select multiple objects.

      Hi, thanks for the quick reply!

      I’m using a Mac, and I tried using Ctrl + click as you suggested, but it didn’t allow me to select multiple objects. Pressing Ctrl opens the “Create New Project” tab instead. I also tried Command, Shift, Option, and Fn keys, but none of them seemed to work.
      Just to clarify, I wasn’t able to select multiple objects with any of these, but it’s possible I’m missing something on my end.

      Also, what I was originally hoping for is a feature like Command + drag in TradingView, where you can select multiple objects by dragging a box around them. If it’s not already supported, I’d really appreciate it if you could consider adding this kind of functionality.

        Hello! Sorry for the trouble with selecting multiple objects. Can you let me know which browser you're using? If you haven’t already, try using Ctrl + click in Chrome to see if it works there.

        Thanks for the feedback about the Command + drag functionality. While we don’t currently support that feature, I’ll definitely pass your suggestion to our developers for consideration. Appreciate your input!

          Thanks for the follow-up!
          I'm using the latest version of Google Chrome, but unfortunately Ctrl + click still doesn't work.
          I also tried Safari and incognito mode, and checked for any shortcut conflicts on my Mac, but no luck.
          Let me know if there's anything else I can try.

            It’s possible that the issue might be related to your Mac’s settings or environment. Here are a few things you can try that may help identify or resolve the problem:

            1. Check macOS keyboard shortcuts: Go to System Settings → Keyboard → Keyboard Shortcuts and make sure that Command, Control, or Shift keys aren’t remapped or assigned to other system actions that might interfere.

            2. Try an external keyboard: If you’re using a MacBook, sometimes built-in keyboards can behave differently in browser environments. Testing with an external keyboard may help rule out any hardware-related issues.

            3. Disable browser extensions: Some extensions (like ad blockers or productivity tools) can interfere with keyboard or mouse inputs. Try disabling all extensions and using the app in Incognito/Private mode to see if the issue persists.

            4. Use a key tester tool: You can visit a simple key tester like https://keycode.info or https://keyboardchecker.com to confirm whether your browser detects the Command, Control, or Shift keys when pressed.

            5. Check for macOS or browser updates: Make sure your macOS and browser are fully up to date. Sometimes input handling issues can be caused by bugs in older versions.
