Here are some steps that will help speed up the FTO:
Clear your browser cache.
Reduce the playback speed.
Minimize the number of indicators and graphical tools on the chart (remove indicators from timeframes you don't use and remove graphical tools you no longer use).

If I provide the project link, then I have to start EVERYTHING over from default and NOTHING will be fixed. That is my experience almost every time I have given a project link to you guys. Fix the starting everything from default and allow us to save our settings, then I will give the project links again. You have to realize every time we give a project link that we have to start our trading and studying over from the beginning. Our wins/losses start over. You guys seem to treat it as it is not a big deal for us.

We’d like to clarify an important point: when you click the “Share Project” button and provide us with a project link, the shared link is read-only. This means that no one — including our team — can make any changes to your original project, reset your data, or affect your saved settings, wins/losses, or progress in any way.
Any changes you may have experienced in the past would only occur if a project was duplicated, reset, or started from a default template, not from simply sharing a project link.

I understand that, but you guys always say please don’t use the project anymore, therefore, I have to create a new project and everything goes to default. I have done this many times and I don’t know how many times things don’t get fixed.

We’d like to clarify that this is no longer the case. You can now simply share the project link and continue working in the same project without stopping your trading or resetting anything to default. There is no need to create a new project, and your settings, history, and results will remain unchanged.
Our team will only review the shared project in read-only mode, so your work will not be affected in any way.
