Regarding the line with an arrow shape at the end, we do have a separate Arrow drawing tool available. However, I understand that your request is specifically for a line with an arrow on one of its ends, and I have forwarded this suggestion to our developers for consideration.
Regarding the zoom in/out feature, you can already zoom the chart using the mouse wheel or the + / - keys on your keyboard.
