Problem with disappearing drawing tools

As the title states, the drawing tool appears and disappears when zoomed in and out. I have mentioned this as a problem before, but I think it is a rather critical issue for a validation tool, but I wonder if it will be fixed yet.

We receive offers for various discount promotions, but if I may be so presumptuous, we are not looking for better and more advanced services or features. We just want the minimum functionality and a bug-free environment. We are not looking for convenient and innovative features, so if you do not immediately eliminate bugs, unnatural behavior, or difficult-to-use specifications, we will not be able to consider upgrading our plans with any peace of mind.
