Manual Entry for Custom Color Values in Chart Settings

Description:

Currently, the system allows users to select custom colors for candles, backgrounds, and other chart components through a color picker interface. However, this method does not support the direct input of specific color values (e.g., Hex codes, RGB, or HSL). I propose the addition of a feature where users can manually enter color values for a more precise and flexible customization experience.

Request Details:

  • Manual Color Input: Implement text fields alongside existing color pickers where users can type in exact color values.

  • Support for Hex Codes: Allow input in the format #RRGGBB (e.g., #00FF00 for green).

Use Case Examples:

  • A user wants to set a specific shade of blue (#00B7EB) for bullish candles to match their brand color.

  • An analyst needs a very precise color for background (#202020) to reduce eye strain over long sessions.

Conclusion:

This feature would significantly enhance user experience by providing more control over chart aesthetics, supporting personalized branding, and improving accessibility. I believe this enhancement would be appreciated by a wide range of users looking for more customization options in their charting tools.
