Please send us a short video of the issue with the Console tab open (press Ctrl + Shift + J and select the Console tab).
That way, it will be much easier for our developers to see what’s happening and investigate the cause.

I'm using an iPad. How do I access the console tab?

Hi! Thank you for your question.
On iPad, accessing the browser console is unfortunately not supported in the same way as on desktop devices.
The console tab (developer tools) is only available on desktop browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox. Mobile browsers, including those on iPad, do not provide full access to developer tools.
We recommend opening the platform on a desktop or laptop and using the browser’s developer tools there.
Let us know if you need guidance on how to do that.
