MACD Indicator

Hi Forex Tester Team,

I’m really glad to see that you have added the second line to the MACD indicator. One further change is needed though: while the MACD line is indeed calculated by subtracting the two specified EMAs (usually the 12 and 26 EMAs), the signal line should also be an EMA. In the current MACD indicator in Forex Tester, there is an SMA value for the signal line. The difference is not huge, but it would be good to have the MACD calculations identical to the standard MACD indicator. Could the SMA line in the indicator therefore be changed to an EMA (which is normally specified as a 9 EMA)? See
