Limit orders not triggered

It’s frustrating when you place orders and they fail to trigger even when the the price touches the entry. That has happened to me multiple times this evening. I guess I’ll take a break from usage until when this is stable enough, otherwise I end up wasting hours.

How does this impact your experience?

    I understand how frustrating this is.

    I checked the order on your project, and it looks like only the wick of the candle reached the pending order level. One possible explanation is that the Bid/Ask price did not actually reach the exact order price, even though the visible candle appears to touch it.

    I also tested a similar Limit Order in your project, and it was triggered correctly when the price reached the required level.

    If this happens again, could you please record a short video showing the order being placed and the moment when the price reaches the entry level? That would allow us to see the exact behavior and send the case to our developers for a more detailed investigation.
