"Jump to Session" is broken if project timezone is not UTC

If the project timezone is set to a timezone different than UTC/GMT, session times in “Jump to” change, too.
Example: If project is in UTC, then New York Open is correctly 13:00 relativ to UTC (08:00 Eastern Time -0500). But if the project is set to UTC+0200 (Athens), then New York Open stays at 13:00 relativ to the project timezone. Instead now it must be 15:00 relative to the project.

So, session times seems to have a hardcoded offset to the project time which is wrong. Instead they must have a hardcoded offset to UTC.

Even better: Let the user configure session times.
