JOURNAL Section separate NOT dependant on project

Feature Request

A separate section with the journal would be very halpful, so that it is not dependant on the project.

If the project is not available anymore (deleted or other issues), I want to be able to access all my notes and screenshots.

Right now, if I am unable to open theproject, I cannot access my journal.
