Interval Syncing in Layout

It would be convenient to allow the synchronization of interval across all charts in the layout where changing a timeframe on the selected chart will automatically be applied to the rest.

    This is so that we are enable to cross refer to correlated pairs more efficiently. eg. EURUSD and GBPUSD.
