Hello @许志磊 . Please open your project on the old device and try saving it there via “Ctrl+S“ hotkey combination, then wait for the “Project saved successfully“ message. After that, please try to log in to the same account on another device and check if you can continue from the same place. I hope this will help to fix the issue.

Cannot open that task popup; it can only be displayed on the original device where the project was created. After switching devices, the task popup is no longer visible.

Hi! Thank you for the screenshots. Please note that prop challenges only work locally on the computer where the project was originally created, so this behavior is expected after switching devices.
