Index disaster

If you are an index trader is practically imposible to use this software , lagging everytime , not charging charts, if you want to use 2 o 3 charts at same time thenforget it , not working at all . Month and month losing time here , but whats its true is true. Many updates but the real ones that make a difference never did. Still having opening time on wrong time must be 2hs 4 hs 6hs for index H4 candle instead of 8 hs 12hs.

Also futures when ?

Please project is a big bag of wishes that no one work solid, better a small bag of real solid working piece of software.
