If you are an index trader is practically imposible to use this software , lagging everytime , not charging charts, if you want to use 2 o 3 charts at same time thenforget it , not working at all . Month and month losing time here , but whats its true is true. Many updates but the real ones that make a difference never did. Still having opening time on wrong time must be 2hs 4 hs 6hs for index H4 candle instead of 8 hs 12hs.

Also futures when ?

Please project is a big bag of wishes that no one work solid, better a small bag of real solid working piece of software.

    1. Performance and chart loading issues. We’re actively working on improving the platform’s performance and fixing bugs. Could you please share a link to the project where you’re experiencing lag or charts not loading properly? This will help our team identify and resolve the issue more efficiently.

    2. Incorrect H4 candle opening times. Thanks for pointing this out! To investigate further, could you let us know which broker’s chart you are comparing FTO's chart with? Screenshots or a short video would also be very helpful — we’ll review it and do our best to fix it.

    3. Futures support. We understand how important this is for many users. Futures support is already in development, but unfortunately, we don't have an exact release date yet.
