Improve Scroll Responsiveness for Candle Scaling

I’ve noticed a discrepancy in scroll responsiveness when adjusting the chart view. When I hover the cursor over the price axis (right-hand side) and scroll up or down to stretch the candles vertically, the response is quite slow and sluggish. In contrast, when scrolling on the main chart area to widen or compress the candles horizontally, the reaction is extremely fast—almost too sensitive.

To create a smoother and more balanced user experience, it would be ideal to increase the responsiveness of vertical scaling (over the price axis) and slightly reduce the sensitivity of horizontal scaling on the main chart. This way, both interactions feel consistent and intuitive, similar to how it’s handled on TradingView.
