My guess is what he/she means is just like there is an offset for the right side of the chart, then there should be an offset for the top and bottom. I asked for this months ago and nothing has happened just like I have asked for other things months ago and nothing gets done. People on your side will think the ideas are great and it will be worked on, but then very little gets done concerning that idea. The top/bottom of the chart are so close to the top/bottom it is very hard to see price because the news icons are in the way as well as the chart data.
