I want to display the object description.

Can I display the object description in a graphic (e.g. trend line or rectangle)?
I would like to be able to choose where to display it.
Left/Center/Right
(e.g. display the text in the description to the right of the rectangle)
If possible, I would also like to be able to choose bold or italic.
