I don’t know what’s going on

Until a few days ago I loved forex tester, it worked wonderfully, but recently it is giving me many problems, my indicators are erased themselves, I haven’t balance when a day ago I had balance, the chart setting is reset.

I would not have touched anything, as it was simple and practical
