I bought the pro plan and have not been able to use it. whenever I click on the icons it takes about 30 seconds to a minute to select which is quite annoying and discouraging when you want to back test something. therefore I have a software I bought and cannot use. am disappointed can someone please help. thank you

Hi Video clips were sent today in 2 smaller version because when I tried to send longer than 1 min tapes it has not been loading. however clips were sent today. please assist thank you
