How I'm i Supposed to backtest if the whole scystem aren't working?

I can’t share video here but imma do it on Gmail , cause I’m done already I’ve tried every possible solution and not working, so i simply do pay may money just for broken system?

M not asking much , i want only 1 project i can start working with no issue that’s it.

    We completely understand that you need to start working rather than spend more time troubleshooting the software.

    Our developers are currently investigating your problematic project and trying to identify the exact cause of the issue.

    At the moment, we suspect that it may be related to the MNQ and MES symbols used in the project.

    If possible, could you please try creating a new project using other symbols for now?

    This may allow you to start your backtesting without waiting for the investigation to be completed.
