I discovered a bug: when opening multiple timeframe charts for the same instrument (XAUUSD), if you right-click a chart, select 'Quick Order' (instead of 'New Order'), and pick one of the four options, left-clicking on a chart of a different timeframe suddenly pops up the 'New Order' window.

    Hello! Thanks for reporting this.

    Could you please set the settings as shown in the screenshot and then try to reproduce the issue again? With those settings, the order window should not appear.

    If it still happens after that, please let me know.
