I discovered a bug: when opening multiple timeframe charts for the same instrument (XAUUSD), if you right-click a chart, select 'Quick Order' (instead of 'New Order'), and pick one of the four options, left-clicking on a chart of a different timeframe suddenly pops up the 'New Order' window.
