Hi team,

Bug Reports

I’m mainly using 1D, 4H, 1H, 15M.

When I use those timeframes, 4H, 1H and 15M works fine.

However, when I switch it to 1D, it always becomes like the screen in the recording.

Could you let me know how to fix this or is this the issue of the platform?

    I use the Brave browser on MacOS.

    The movement in the recording, I used the touchpad on Macbook.

    The screen recording attached was recorded on Safari.

    On Safari, 4H has the same issue.

      Thank you very much for the video and for providing the additional details.

      Just to make sure I understand the issue correctly: is the problem that, instead of seeing a single Sell order icon, you are seeing multiple Sell/Buy order icons displayed on the chart?

      Also, if possible, could you please try reproducing the issue in Google Chrome on your Mac and let us know if the same behavior occurs there as well?

      This information will help us narrow down the cause of the issue.

        The problem that I have is that 1, certain timeframes have Sell/Buy order icons on the vertical. 2, In that situation, when I try to move the time forward, the chart is not displaying the candles properly.

        I’m not using Google Chrome.

      Did I understand correctly that you're using macOS and Google Chrome?

      Also, what input device are you using there - a mouse, touchpad, or something else?

      Please also try opening the project in Safari and let me know if the behavior is the same there. I need this information to report it to the developers.

    It looks like the screenshot/recording didn’t come through on our side.
    Could you please attach it again so I can take a closer look at what’s happening on the 1D timeframe?
