This follows on from my last message, when you requested more data. I’ve created several new projects and they all fail to get the data. See the attached video.

    I’m experiencing this same issue Team. But with GBPUSD. The charts never load, I thought it was my connection at first, but this one’s definitely a bug

      Sorry for the inconvenience. Our deveolpers have fixed the bug. Please try to create a new project. Does it help?

    Hi can you test GER30 (DAX), I’ve tried it on different browsers and on a different computer,

    I’ve deleted and created the project but still just times out.

    Indices - Hi the issue seems to be with indices, forex pair as ok, and NASDAQ seems ok, but the others seem to have issues opening.

      I have checked and the indices are working well.

      Please try to clear the cache in your browser and launch the tester.
