Hard to get order option on Risk Reward tool to show up.
When right clicking on the risk reward tool to select the order option, it is hard to find where to click. Often other options are showing up, and I have to click all over the tool until eventually the right option show up. It can be very frustrating. Sometimes the option shows up right away, and other times I’m right clicking over 20 times before it finally shows up.

Hi @User Thank you for the detailed description of the problem. Could you please share a video of it with us? At the moment, it should work like this: as soon as you hover over the RRT tool, small squares appear at the corners of the RRT tool. Right-clicking at this moment brings up a menu with the option to place a pending order.

Here is a video of the issue. It has been like this for months now for me. Sometimes I get lucky and it works first time, but most of the time I’m right clicking multiple times before I get the right menu options.

Hello @User ! Thank you for the video. I’ll forward it to our developers for investigation. In the meantime, try right-clicking right in the center of the RR tool (see screenshot below). Does that work?

Thank for forwarding to the development team. Right clicking in the center does not improve the issue, however. Hopefully they can get this bug fixed.

Hi @User! Thank you for the project URL. I just ran your project, and right-click works on any part of the Risk to Reward tool. Just in case, please check the General settings and ensure the sensitivity is not set to zero.

Mouse sensitivity is set to 7 and 5. But today it is working every time as of now. I’ll let you know if it changes. It is also the first time I’ve used it sense the update, so maybe something in the update resolved this issue. I’ll let you know if this becomes a problem again.

Looks like the problem persists. It gets worse the longer I trade. Maybe that will help diagnosing the issue.

Sorry. It sounds frustrating to deal with a problem that gets worse over time. I recommend trying to increase the sensitivity to 20 to see if that helps resolve the issue. Let me know if this makes a difference!

I hope this helps. You can see that I have to click around a lot before the right menu pops up. Sometimes it works well, then other times it is like this. I also have had it so bad that I can’t get it to pop up at all.
