H4 opening CANDLE on INDEX NOT SOLVED!

We have almost 2 MONTH and not any evidence on being solved this issue, NAS 100 h4 candle must open at 2am 6am 10 am , as i said before you are adding many non sense thing to FTO but really important since you leave there ……. PRICE AND TIME its all about these two things.

Please try to fix this issue is not posible to backtes this way.

I will write a review on trustpilot as this is not being friendly with users.

And dont ask for screenshots anymore already sent many in similar post asking for this H4 to solve, just do it please
