H4 candles openin in index NOT SOLVED!!!

Its amazing all the effort you put in adding new function, but really dessapoint you are still after 5 month of claiming here the problem of H4 candles in index. Opening is not hapening at 2am 6am as it should please try to solve, also index chart are not loading or very slow. Are you working to solve ?

    In addition to my answer, could you please clarify which broker's candles you are using to compare with the FTO candles on 4H? We would be grateful if you could send us screenshots of the candlestick comparison. Thank you

    We're still working on the issue with H4 candles on index charts — it's not yet fully resolved, but it's on our radar and being actively addressed.

    Regarding your comment:

    Could you please confirm if you're referring to the USA500 symbol in your project this one

    Also, could you specify which dates you noticed this issue on? That would help us investigate more precisely.

    As for the index charts being slow or not loading — in yesterday’s release, we fixed a number of bugs that were affecting performance.
    Please let us know if you're still experiencing issues after the update.
