Hi, I have a problem. The graphics card is frozen on a project and won't advance, even after pressing "play" or bar forward.

How does this impact your experience?

    Hi User, thanks for reporting this.

    I've looked into your project and moved the chart forward one day using the "Go to" feature, which seems to have resolved the freeze. Could you please refresh the page and see if it's working for you now?

    I've also reported this issue to our developers so they can investigate the root cause.

      I used that option when logging in and it's resolved for now. I'll see how it goes later.
