GOLD buffering endlessly

Hello,

When I create a project with the symbol GOLD (COMEX Gold futures) I’m unable to actually open the project. Tried it on different browsers with extensions off, and I cannot open GOLD at all. Meanwhile, SPMINI, NAS100, and ETHUSD work flawlessly. I tried GOLD + another symbol (GOLD and ETHUSD in this case), and it just buffers endlessly. I tried creating more projects, duplicating them, opening in safe mode, but nothing works at all.

      Hello,

      I just created a project to check if it still exhibits the same problem. Unfortunately, no change since last time I tried. Here’s a blank project with GOLD selected.

        Thanks! This issue is already known, and we do have a fix prepared.

        However, it affects critical logic, and we didn’t have enough time to safely include it before the last release. Most likely, it will be resolved in the next update.

        The problem is related to the symbol used for conversion. As a temporary workaround, we recommend using XAUUSD — it’s stable and should work fine until the fix is deployed.

    i’m not able to load my Gold projects too, but my ES project works fine. really hope they fix this soon, Gold futures is why i bought this subscription in the first place
