I would like to report a critical issue I encountered while using Forex Tester with the GBPUSD currency pair. The bug occurs when testing across multiple timeframes (specifically 5-minute, 1-hour, and 4-hour charts).
When the simulation reaches November 11, 2024, all chart elements including candlesticks and buttons become unresponsive or behave abnormally.
Candlestick rendering appears to glitch or disappear entirely.
Navigation and interaction with the chart (such as pausing, fast-forwarding, or switching timeframes) stops functioning correctly after that date.
Select the GBPUSD pair in Forex Tester.
Load historical data including the date 2024-11-11.
Run a test using multiple timeframes (5M, 1H, and 4H).
Observe the behavior as the test progresses to 2024-11-11.
Candlestick data should continue to display correctly.
UI buttons should remain functional across all timeframes.
Candlestick data either freezes or disappears.
UI becomes unresponsive from 2024-11-11 onwards.
In some cases, the simulation halts or skips data.
A screen recording is attached that demonstrates the issue as it occurs (Filename: ForexTester_GBPUSD_Bug_2024-11-11.mp4).
Please let me know if more information is needed, including system specs, log files, or further reproduction steps.
Thank you for your support.
