Hi @Tradermoe! Thank you for providing the video — it’s very helpful for our analysis.
I’ve shared it with our development team for further investigation.
Based on what we see so far, potential causes of the freezing may include a high volume of trades in the project, as well as a large number of graphical objects or drawing tools applied to the chart.
Could you also confirm which browser and version you are currently using? Thank you.

Thank you for clarifying your browser.
I can see 720 trades in the Journal tab of your project. From my experience, that can affect how the project works. Also, FTO is generally less stable on Safari than on Chrome, for example.
Our developers are already investigating your project and will check specifically whether this number of trades is causing the freezing, or whether other factors are involved.

Whether I make 1 trade or 10,000 trades, it should not matter. A lot of people don’t like Chrome or anything Google. I am one of those people. I don’t understand how it would be less stable on Safari, but it should not be like that.

You’re right, and I agree with you. The number of trades should not be the reason a project freezes, and Safari should work properly without forcing you to switch browsers.
Our developers are already studying your project to understand the real reasons behind the freezes. We also plan to better optimize the app for Safari.
Thank you for pushing on this point - it’s valid, and it helps us focus on what needs to be improved.

A short video of things freezing up. I did notice some of the errors seem to have been corrected. It froze on me a few times. I forgot to make it a bug report.
