Freezing / Lagging

Hello, I have been using your Forex Tester Online Advanced Back testing Software for the past couple of months. I am very unhappy with it, it freezes and lags a lot of the time making me have to refresh the page, causing my data to rewind to when I last saved.

Just frustrated on how poor the performance is, paying a lifetime deal and spending a large amount of money to use your platform and it can't even complete the bare minimum. I can barely use the platform at this point, not even taking a trade, just analyzing the chart, and it freezes almost every 5 minutes. Hoping you can fix ASAP as it's unusable.
