Freezing BTC CHART

Feature Request

Once again, after starting a new test, I see that the chart freezes and crashes. On BTC, from what I can see, the date is January 14, 2021. I have already reported this several times—support says they are looking into it, but there has been no response since.

How does this impact your experience?

    What about BTC?

    I have already deleted EUR, but if I encounter the problem again, I will send it back.

    Is there any way to get around this? What is the solution at the moment? A similar situation is NQ, I have also had this situation with EUR/USD.

      • For NQ100, we recommend switching to NAS100

      • Regarding EURUSD, could you please share the project link where this occurred?

    I don't have any indicator. Even without an indicator, it doesn't work.

      Our apologies. We found out that the issue is tied to the price scale, also.

      If there’s a very large gap between the upper and lower bounds (for example, we start experiencing lag when the range hits $6–7K), things begin to slow down noticeably.

      A task to optimize that part has already been created, and we’re aware of how it impacts performance in certain scenarios. While the exact timeline for the fix is still uncertain, we’re aiming to address it in the next release, if all goes well.

    Thanks for the update—and sorry you're still running into that BTC chart freeze.

    Could you please remove a custom indicator from the chart and check whether the platform runs smoothly without it?

    This will help us isolate whether the freeze is caused by the indicator logic or something deeper in the chart engine.

    The devs are actively investigating the indicator itself, and we’ll share an update as soon as they have more clarity.

    In the meantime, your test without the custom indicator will be a huge help.
