Fixing the angle of the Trend Line when extending

Please make it possible to fix angle of the "Trend Line" when it needs to be extended. For example, while holding down the ALT key.

Instead of this tool you can use the ray, however the ray extends infinitely across the graph and makes it very messy as more lines are drawn on the graph.
