Fibonacci Channel drawing disappears when scrolling the chart

Summary:
When a Fibonacci Channel is drawn on the chart, it temporarily disappears from view when I scrolls the chart horizontally. The drawing only reappears when the view is returned to its original position or after certain interactions, but it is not persistent during scrolling.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open any chart (e.g., EURUSD on the 4H timeframe).

2. Select the Fibonacci Channel tool from the drawing panel.

3. Draw a channel on the chart.

4. Scroll the chart horizontally (pan left or right) to view past or future data.
