Favorites Tools Floating Bar Disappears After Page Refresh

Description:
The Favorite Tools floating bar is not retained after refreshing the page, even though the favorites, project, and chart template are successfully saved.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a chart in Forex Tester Online.

2. Add one or more drawing tools to the Favorites list.

3. Verify that the Favorite Tools floating bar appears on the chart.

4. Save the project and chart template.

5. Refresh the browser page.

6. Observe the chart after the page reloads.

Expected Result:
The Favorite Tools floating bar should remain visible after the page refresh and display all previously saved favorite tools.

Actual Result:
After refreshing the page, the Favorite Tools floating bar disappears completely. The favorite tools are no longer accessible through the floating bar.

Additional Observation:

• Manually selecting and using tools from the left-side toolbar does not restore the floating Favorites bar.

• The floating bar only reappears when a new tool is added to the Favorites list.

• After another page refresh, the floating bar disappears again.

Impact:
This issue significantly reduces the usability of the Favorites feature. Users must repeatedly add a new favorite tool after each refresh to make the floating Favorites bar visible, resulting in a poor workflow and reduced efficiency when accessing frequently used tools.
