Description:
The position of the Favorite Tools floating bar is not retained after saving the project/template and refreshing the page. Although the save operation completes successfully, the floating bar reverts to its previous location instead of loading at the most recently saved position.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a chart in Forex Tester Online.

2. Ensure the Favorite Tools floating bar is visible.

3. Drag and place the floating bar to a new location on the chart.

4. Save the project.

5. Save the chart template.

6. Confirm that the save operation completes successfully.

7. Refresh the page.

8. Observe the position of the Favorite Tools floating bar.

Expected Result:
The Favorite Tools floating bar should appear in the last saved position after the page is refreshed.

Actual Result:
After refreshing the page, the floating bar appears in its previous location rather than the new location where it was moved and saved.

Additional Observation:

• The project and template save operations complete successfully.

• The issue appears to affect only the floating bar position persistence.

• Other saved settings may remain intact while the floating bar location is not updated.

Impact:
