    Hi,

    Would you please send us the link to the project where you’re experiencing freezing and lagging?

    This is often caused by having a large number of drawing tools or objects on the chart.

    We recommend removing any tools that are no longer needed, as this can significantly improve chart performance and responsiveness.

    Also, please share the specifications of your computer (operating system, RAM, processor) and the browser you’re using.
