Hi @Tradermoe Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the optimizer — we really appreciate it.
After reviewing your project, we noticed that your setup has changed from the initial 5 trades to 28 trades. This naturally affects how the optimizer evaluates outcomes. In your current project, the optimizer shows some losses even though your trades were profitable.
Here’s why this happens: the optimizer is designed to test a single, fixed Stop Loss and Take Profit for all trades. In your case, we noticed that for several winning trades, you manually exited early or moved to break-even, deviating from the original Take Profit target.
For example:
Trade #9 (BUY): Planned TP 0.94781 → Closed 0.94452 → Took 42 points instead of 371 points
Trade #28 (SELL): Planned TP 0.95898 → Closed 0.96218 → Took 9 points instead of 329 points
Trade #24 (SELL): Planned TP 0.96386 → Closed 0.96542 → Took 122 points instead of 278 points
Because your Stop Loss and Take Profit levels vary widely across trades, the optimizer cannot perfectly replicate your manual exits. In other words, the optimizer isn’t guaranteed to always outperform your actual results — it works best when trades follow consistent SL/TP rules.
That said, in most cases, the optimizer does improve results because traders often exit too early or move stops in ways that reduce overall performance. For your strategy, manual exits occasionally yield better results than a uniform SL/TP, which is why the optimizer shows a discrepancy in this project.
We realize that we haven’t fully explained this limitation to users yet and will be adding clear guidance so expectations are aligned in the future.
Thank you again for your feedback and for helping us improve the platform.

I have been with you guys from the beginning and have asked for many bug fixes, most which have been ignored, and I don’t know how many times I have sent you guys project links only to still have the problem. What is the point of sending you a project link if I am just going to be ignored. What is the point? You guys seem to be more focused on features when many are asking for bug fixes. I understand that programming is not easy, but when I have been ignored for all this time, like others have been, then please tell me the point of sending you the project link. I don’t know how many programmers you have, but please start fixing the bugs first. Honestly, I don’t believe you for a second saying you will check it right away, unless you mean in a couple of years maybe, then I would believe that. Please focus on the bugs more and not the features. This is why I have stopped telling you about a lot of bugs. I really don’t see a point anymore. I do like this feature and it would be amazing to have, but if there are a lot of bugs, then what is the point. Maybe if the bugs were fixed, then there would not be as many problems in the exit optimizer.

I just noticed you made it where we can control the time price moves where it isn’t based on the time frame I am on, so thank you for that. I accidentally clicked on the time and noticed it was defaulted on the time frame I am on, but I turned it off. I only found out because of chance. I gave up reading on features and bug fixes a long time ago because I did not see the changes. Thank you!!

Hi @Tradermoe Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for sending the video — we truly appreciate it.
We understand your frustration, and we’re sorry for how this experience has felt. Since the issue shown in your video is related to a new feature (the optimizer), our team needs a bit more time to properly analyze and understand all the details before providing a solid answer or fix.
Please be assured that your case is not ignored. As soon as we have any progress or concrete results, we will get back to you and let you know.
Thank you for your patience and for staying with us — we really value your input.
