Everything hangs after loading the project

After resuming a project for backtesting, the backtest page loaded, however, I can’t do anything at all, and after sometime the error screen prompts with “unresponsive page”.

I have tried to clear cache and use other browsers. Same results, disappointing for the money paid for this app.

    I’ve just found your project and have already reported this issue to our developers.

    Please tell me which device and operating system you’re using, and whether you added any custom indicators to that project. That will help us narrow down the cause.

      I’m running on Chrome (Mac OS), there’s no custom indicators at all. Please help to resolve.
