eurusd unable to load data

i was doing back testing on eurusd, all of a sudden it

can’t load data.

    The video and screenshot are very helpful. I've passed all the materials to our development team to investigate and fix the data error. We appreciate your patience.

    I started the back test from 1 Jan 2025, the data stop shows after 9 march 2025
