Hi @Nature Li ! Thank you for the bug report. Am I understanding correctly that after trying to jump to Nov 7 2025 the chart just went blank? If so, then click the "A" button in the lower right corner of the chart and the candles should appear. Does it help?

Thanks for the reply. Instead of jumping to Nov 7, it jumps to Nov 6 16:55. If I move the bar forward, it will jump right into Nov 9

Thanks for the extra detail. It seems like there might be an issue with the data for that specific period. I've sent this information over to our developers so they can investigate what's going on.
