Para una orden Buy Limit (Long), la orden se activa cuando el precio Ask alcanza tu nivel de entrada, no cuando solo lo toca la línea principal del gráfico (que normalmente muestra el precio Bid).
Por eso puede parecer que el precio toca tu nivel, pero si el precio Ask no llegó realmente a ese punto debido al spread, la orden no se ejecutará.
Esto es un comportamiento normal y refleja cómo funcionan las órdenes en el mercado real.
Sin embargo, en la configuración puedes desactivar el spread. Para ello, en el proyecto debes acceder a la configuración en el panel de la derecha, luego a «Symbol Properties»; si la opción «Floating Spread» está activada, desactívala y, a continuación, establece el spread en 1.

As you can see on the chart, there are two prices: Bid and Ask.
For a Buy Limit (Long) order, the order is triggered when the Ask price reaches your entry level, not when the main line on the chart (which usually shows the Bid price) simply touches it.
That’s why it may appear that the price touches your level, but if the Ask price didn’t actually reach that point due to the spread, the order won’t be executed.
This is normal behaviour and reflects how orders work in the real market.
However, you can disable the spread in the settings. To do this, go to the settings in the right-hand panel of the project, then select ‘Symbol Properties’; if ‘Floating Spread’ is enabled, disable it and then set the spread to 1.
