Error loading data for US30 for 2025 Nov 17 onwards
Hi team, I think my project is stuck, any way i can unstuck it? I tried refreshing multiple times and reopening the project but it still doesn’t work… thank you!

Dear @Y K . Thanks for the bug report. I’ve asked our developers to investigate this issue and fix the data for US30 symbol as soon as possible.
Meanwhile you can create a project for USA30 symbols instead, it shouldn’t have these issues.

Hi Andriy, thank you for the prompt reply. I tried to use USA30 instead but it also can’t load data starting 2025 Nov 17
update: seems like this is the same error for when i try to backtest on USA500 and SPX500 for Nov 17, 2025 onwards. The data just won’t load and it’s stuck… Please let me know how I can fix this, this is quite a headache. Thank you very much.

It seems that the problem is with the LIGHTCRUDE crude symbol in the program, our developers are trying to fix this symbol at the moment, I hope that the fix fill be available soon.
