Dragging the price axis on the chart unintentionally moves drawings behind it

Description:

When attempting to drag the vertical price bar (axis) on the right side of the chart, any drawing object (such as lines or shapes) that intersects with the price bar is also selected and moved. This behavior disrupts the user experience when trying to adjust the price axis.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a drawing (e.g., a trendline) that intersects the vertical price bar on the right of the chart.

2. Attempt to drag the price axis by clicking and dragging it.

3. Observe that the drawing object is also selected and moves with the drag.

Expected Behavior:

When hovering over and dragging the price bar, only the price axis should be adjusted. Any chart objects behind it should not be selectable or move.

Actual Behavior:

Drawing objects behind the price bar are being moved when attempting to drag the price axis.
