Missing data

We ask about the following two points.

1) There is no data between 10/21/2025 and 10/23/10. The chart does not show the period between those dates.

(2) There is no data for the two hours before 2:00 on 11/3. The interval is not displayed in the chart.

Both of the two points are compared with TradingView. Is this a bug or our settings are wrong? If it is a bug, when will it be fixed? Please give us your answer.
