Default % value in the buy/sell tool

I would like if i have the option or at project level, or at Buy/sell tool level. that if i changed the % value for risk. that it would be the default value till i change it again.

for example if i use now the buy/sell tool. i have to change the % field to 1 % then i hit the buy/or sell. next time when i am ready again for a new trade many times i forget to set again the % field, each time it changes again to the 0.1 value.
